It is announced here scmi-officially that as the outcome of the conference in London, Britain, France, and Italy have decided to demand the extradition and trial of the Kaiser.
HOLLAND’S ATTITUDE. LONDON, Dec. 7
It is understood that if the Allies insist upon the surrender of the Kaiser and the Crown Prince to an international court of justice, Holland will yield, hut first Holland will urge the Allies to intern them for life in a Dutch colony.
■AMERICA STANDS ALOOF. WASHINGTON, Dee. 7. The United States is standing aloof on the question of the extradition of the ex-Kaiser from Holland. The State Department says that the United States has not considered its Mtitude in this matter.
SENSATION AT BERLIN
LONDON, Dec. 7
The British speeches demanding the extradition of the ex-Kaiser have caused a great sensation in Berlin. The “Lokal Anzeiger” states: “Holland must emphatically decline to extradite the Kaiser to the Allies.”
GERMANY AND EXTRADITION PARIS, Dec. 7.
A Zurich correspondent states that the German Government has decided not to oppose the Allies demand for the extradition of the ex-Kaiser and the exCrown Prince, for trial before an interAllied Court.

A telegram from Berlin states, Eisner, Bavarian Premier, in announcing the forthcoming publication of a series of German Foreign Office documents, do dares that margin notes on them reveal the ex-Kaiser’s personal responsibility for the war.
BAGS OF GOLD FOR KAISER. AMSTERDAM, Dec. 7. The “Weser Zeitung.” slates that the President of the Soldiers’ Council at Hamburg positively declared that he. knew that twenty bags of minted gold had been dispatched to the Kaiser.

RENUNCIATION OF SUCCESSION. COPENHAGEN, Dec. 6.
A Berlin message states: A short document has been published in which tho ex-Crown Prince renounces all the rights in connection with the succession. It was signed by the ex-Crown Prince at Wioringen, and is dated the Ist December. In it he renounces “the rights to the Crowns of Prussia and of Germany, due to me, owing to the Emperor’s abdication, or for other reasons.”
