NOTICES OP MOTION.
1. The Chairman to move: “That the accounts for the month of October, 1918, passed by the Finance Committee, amounting to £619 17/6, be approved and confirmed.”
2. The Chairman to move : “ That the accounts for the month of November, 1918, as revised and recommended for payment by the Finance Committee, amounting to £ , be passed for payment.”
3. The Chairman to move : “ That all existing Committees be discharged and the following appointed: Finance: Crs Ward (Chairman), E. A. Wells, Bruce and Murdoch. Public Works: Crs It. Wells (Chairman), Norman, Grimmond and Ferguson. Mining: Crs E. A. Wells (Chairman), Grimmond, Murdoch, Duff, To Sigil Cheques: The Chairman, Crs Ward, R. Wells and Bruce.
4. Mr Bruce to move:—“ That the Overseer be authorised to have repairs carried out to Happy Yalley track and Totara road.” 5. Mr Murdoch to move: —“That the Public Works Committee inspect flood damage at Harris Creek bridge with a view to devising scheme for repairs to meet traffic requirements. 1 ’
6. Cr Norman to move: “That Hons Grimmond and Michel, prior to leaving Wellington, be asked to interview Hon Minister of Agriculture with regard to the establishment of the promised experimental farm in Westland.”
