The few Europeans deaths are mostly those who avoided the hospital or the emergency hospitals, district schools and racecourse. Europeans arc doing good work though understaffed. An excellent system of distribution of food has be-on organised. The natives arc in the greatest trouble owing to tolningaism. One European and one half-caste died yester- j day. The new cases are mostly coming from the country.
