(Received this day at 12.25 p.m) LONDON, Nov. 26. , The Imperial Government provides free passage to the Dominions oi wives and families of Colonial and Dominion residents who joied the Army and Navy or other forces. Passages will be available before tho conclusion of peace, after which practically all the available Shipping will be needed for tho reptriation of the Dominion’s forces. Government realises the re-establishment o normal conditions in tho dominions is one of the nation’s first consideration.
