“Vorwacrts” warns the Spartacus group not to create any disturbance, as Berlin would no longer tolerate a dictatorship from a couple of thousand followers of Dr. Liobnecht.
A Spartacus newspaper in Berlin states the Government has ■ quartered troops in public buildings for the suppression of revolutionary elements. The paper calls on the revolutionary workmen and soldiers to revolt against suppression.
