(Reuter’s Telegram.) (Received this day at 12.25 p.m)
COPENHAGEN, Nov. 25
Amazing revelations of ithe origin of tlic war arc contained in documents from the Bavarian Legation at Berlin, j published officially in Munich. Iho ' Minister, in the middle of July 1914, j described Germany’s calculated efforts to prevent an agreement with the En- 1 tente. Meanwhile Austria was to show a peaceful disposition and it was arranged the Kaiser should go abroad so that when the crash came, Germany could express surprise. Further communications contain confirmation of Germany’s cold blooded determination to resist all attempts to preserve peace. It is mentioned that the General Staffs expected to finish France in four weeks and that Belgian neutrality was to be v : olated even at the expense of involving England.
