PRESTON ROAD STOCK REPORT
At Preston Rond yesterday the usual live stock sales recommenced. There was a comparatively small entry, there being only 31 cattle and 65 sheep offered to the trade. Competition was somewhat limited owing to the extraordinary circumstances prevnilng. Alark Sprot and Co. sold
On account of Mr. J. Donaldson, of Ngahere, 10 bullocks from £ls 12s 6d. to £ls.
On account of Air. G’. Horne, of Ahaura, 8 fat bullocks at £l4 ; 1 fat bullock at £ll.
On account Client, privately, 10 bullocks at £ls 7s 6d; 20 fat sheep at 475.
