Referring to the Pence Conference, Mr Massey said to-day that it would bo a serious misfortune if the Dominion was not represented at tho most important gathering in nil history. lie was confident that the representation of New Zealand would he arranged. r llto necessary work of the session, which included financial matters, the Estimates, Supply, and the Licensing Bill, was ready and he hoped members would put it through in the time available. It is understood that the present intention of Mr Massey is to leave tho Dominion about December Bth, but this is contingent on the completion of important Party business. i
