Robson to-day gave notice of a motion to tho effect that no peace terms would involve the restoration to .Germany of her former possessions in the Pacific. COPENHAGEN Nov. 6. The “Politiken’s” Berlin correspondeint says: Dr Solf, (Colonial Minister) regards the restoration of tho colonies as a life and death matter, considering that,otherwise Germany would become a third rate power.
