BERNE, November -L The German Government lias energetically protested at the Hungarian Giovernment seizing twenty thousand tons ol" provisions, five hundred \locomotives, and thirty thousand waggons bound to Germany; also refusing transport for two German army corps from the Balkans, These will probably be disarmed. The situation in Vienna is critical. The Red Guards and regularly constituted seldiers are pillaging the military stealing food for civilians at factory prices. The movement has taker a Bolshevik turn. The Governmen of Budapest has ordered the confisea tion of German-Austrian steamers oi the Danube.
