French HAnchiuartcrs reports: On Sunday evening the French and American armies junctioned near Authe, five miles north-cast of Buzancy. The enemy’s position on the Meuse, "which is the main line of retreat of his armies between the Meuse and Ooise rivers, is beginning to crumble. AMERICAN ATTACK.
