(AUSTRALIAN & N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION] AUSTRIAN FLEET HANDED OVER. LONDON, Nov. 3. The Slavic (South Austria) Council have taken over the Austrian Fleet. An Imperial proclamation at Vienna announces that tho Austro-Hungarian Navy has been handed over to the Southern Slav National Council. BATTLESHIP SUNK. LONDON, Nov. 2. A Central News Italian message states that mosquito craft- entered Pola and sank the Austrian dreadnought “ Virilms Unitis.”
