NEGOTIATIONS FOR PEACE. (Received Ibis B«v at noon A LONDON, October 29. A “Central News” t(>legram from Constantinople, says Turkey officially has opened pence negotiations with the Entente. Mr Wilson has sent all correspondence to the Allied Ministers and naval and military advisers, now in Paris, who are considering what terms of an armistice they may recommend to their respective Governments.
