A French Eastern communique states Our troops on Saturday reached the Danube in the region of Widen and proceeded to stop the traffic. An enemy monitor was forced ashore by our gunfire. The Serbians on the Morava are in contact north of Alexiantz and Krushevaty, with the Germans who are strongly entrenched.
