TRIPOLI AND ROMS CAPTURED CAIRO, October 21.

Mr Massey, writing from Tripoli on the 18th, says that armoured cars and British Yeomanry occupied that town op the 13th unopposed, the Turks having previously evacuated it. At the time of writing, some British, and Indian infantry forces had arrived. The troops everywhere were splendidly received by -the population, who were overjoyed that the British had delivered thorn from the Turkish yoke. Tim Yeomanry and Indian cavalry entered Homs on' the loth, the Australian Flying Corps having bombed the '1 urks, who fled after burning the railway buildings. Their retreat was hastened by further bombing.
