A GERMAN LOSS. (Received this day nt 9.2 d a.ni.'i STOCKHOLM, October 21. A German transport, the Hapsburg of ten thousand tons, struck a mine when going to Riga from Danzig. A number of lifeboats capsized and one hundred soldiers were drowned. The Fapsburg reached Rcval badly damaged.
