REVOLT AT PRAGUE. BERNE, Oct. 16. A general strike began a revolt at Prague. Tt was initiated by the Czeco-Slovak Council, in order to resist the export of food. It developed into an open revolt. The strikers routed the police. Troops then assembled, armed witn machine guns and grenades. They barred the streets and cut off all communications with Prague. POLES ABANDON PARLIAMENT BERNE, Oct, 16. The Austrian Polish deputies have decided never again to enter the Austrian Parliament, and have left for Warsaw.
