A big body of reinforcements had a reception here to-day reminiscent of the enthusiasm of the early days of the war flic victory spirit being abroad great cries of “Berlin” mingling with cheering for Mr Wilson’s reply to Germany which has dispelled a good deal of doubt surrounding his fourteen points and heartened everybody.
