The Railway Men’s Executive passed ; x resolution expressing confidence in Mr Thomas, and asked him to reconsider his resignation when in better health. Mr Thomas says that his decision is final. SOME MEN RESUME. Received, this day at *.4;i a.m. LONDON, Sopt. 27. There lias been a fairly general resumption of work in Wales. A meeting of Great Eastern and London and North-western drivers and firemen decided to resume, hut London traffic is still disorganised.
