The New Zealand editors have been visiting aeroplane factories. They also made a flight over London. One party including Air. Pi rani, had an exciting experience. Their machine developed engine trouble, and became almost unmanageable. There was .a high wind blowing and the airmen experienced great difficulty in landing.

Mr McAdoo, in a- speech, said the great sums expended by United States in tho war cannot be for wholly destructive purposes. We arc building a great merchant marine which, when completed, will be the largest, most efficient and most modern in the world. He urged the rich and poor to buy bonds for the purpose of assuring victory.
