POLLARD’S PICTURES. ROBERT WARWICK, THURSDAY. Pollards will present on Thursday evening in the Princess Theatre June Elvidge, Doris Kenyon and Robert Warwick in the World Film’s 5-aet story 7 of the life of an actress under the title of “ A Girl’s Folly.” This cleverly 7 written and magnificently stared picture deals with the lure of the studio where many girls find fame and many destruction. The real lives of actors and. actresses are pictured as they actually 7 appear from day 7 to day 7. The interior workings of great studios and a genuine revelation of how moving pictures are made is a big feature in the production. “ A Girl’s Folly ” is nothing less than a revelation; a warning and a supremely fine story 7 as well. “ The Gold Rush,” the ioth chapter of “ A Eass of the Eumberlands,” pictures the perfidy 7 of Holmes in spreading the false news of a gold rush and a stampede of the men; how Helen works the construction c amp with a band of volunteers.
