The Czccho-Slovaks National Council anounccs the Czccho-Slovaks troops are being rushed from Central Siberia to the assistance of their companions on the Volga Front, who are hard pressed by the' Bolshevik forces officered by Germans and reinforced by German soldiers. The Council of Officials point out this movement probably means an ultimate advance on Moscow.

Mr Dosch Pleurot cables from .Stockholm that scores of Russians were arrested at Moscow because they attempted to visit the United States Consulate, bv agents of extraordinary Commission against the counter revolution. These innocent prisoners are held n 8 hostages, and will probably be shot by order “of the Bolsheviks. Russians were accompanied by their wives who attempted to visit the American Consul, Mr Poole, in Moscow, while lie wa s in gaol, were arrested.
