The Red Cross War Council has been advised from Vladivostock that more than 20,000 Czech-Slovak refugees, whereof. 4,000 are children, are .in the care of the American Red Cross. Hundreds of wounded Czcch-Slovaks havo reached Vladivostock, still determined after desperately fighting against the Bolsheviks, and former A'Ustro-German prisoners.
