A French communique reports reciprocal artillery activity in the region of Lassignv. Between the Ailette and Aisne, we made fresh progress east of Bagueux and repulsed a counter attack west- of Crecy-au-niont, wo took four hundred prisoners There is nothing doing elsewhere. Bad weather hampered aviators bombing in the daytime but the weather improving at night the bombers dropped 19J tons in the rear 1 of the battlefield on stations' aid bivouacs, numerous hits were registered and fires observed at Laon, Guiseard, and Quignicourt.
