It recalled that Malinkolf, the leader of (lie Democrats : succeeded lladoslavoff in the Premiership in June. The latter has a shady history, and served a long term of imprisonment for the embezzlement of public funds. He is recognised as Germany’s tool. German newspapers recently protested at Malinkolf, a Russopliile pursuing a policy diametrically opposed to Radoslavoff. It is impossible to say definitely what is happening in Bulgaria.
