ST MARY'S CLUB.

There was a packed house in St Mary's Club Rooms on Wednesday evening. The proceeds of the evening are being deyotod towards iho Soldiers Panel Fund. The ladies first prize (a Card Table) was secured by Mrs I. Brown and the 2nd (a Jewel case) by Miss M. Heenan. The gent’s first prize (a valuable thermos flask) ’went to Air W. Login*, and the 2nd (a boot outfit to Miss Kidd. Alter the presentation of flic prizes a very dainty supper was handed around, ’.the ball, was then cleared for dancing. The dance music was very kindly supplied by Miss 0. Breeze with extras by Mrs Holling and Miss E. Heenan. The prizes for the evening were kindly donated by Airs W. Butler and Mis* Aland!, to whom the Club are very gr ateful.
