ON FLANDERS FRONT. ADVANCE OF 11 MILES. ( Pres 9 Associ at ion.—Extraordinary) Received, this dav at 8.45 a.m. LONDON, August 9. The Germans are retreating on Flanders front. The Allies have advanced eleven miles in Alont Didier region, and have capturd Fresnoy, and reached Chaulnes.
