The “Daily Chronicle's’’ Paris correspondent states the German authorities have organised an imposing pleasure party on the famous Belgian Spot where seven hundred innocent Belgian women and children wore slaughtered on 22nd August. 191-!. The party included an official lecturer who spoke on the graveyard and ended by shouting “Glory to the Kaiser.” The purpose of the gathering apparently was to persuade the Belgians of tin* kindliness ol the German people, and -the tact that it was necessary to invade Belgium in order to provent the devastation of the I’ut iierland.

A MOTOR FATALITY. LONDON, July 29. Major Bennett Goldnev, a Commoner was killed in a motor accident at Brest.
