THE AIR WAR,
(Received This Day at noon.) NEW YORK, July 29
Major-General Brauckner (British Air Controller of Equipment) says it is certain the British will be able to bomb Berlin next spring. Huge numbers of air pianos ar© still required before a great Allied air offensive can be undertaken. Britain lacked tho capacity for engine production at present, therefore she depended on United States As the latter had been unable to spare Liberty Motors, a large portion of the British air offensive had been delayed. Seriously, it is quite feasible to deliver planes bv Trans-Atlantic flights.
