[PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.—-COPYRIGHT.] GERMANY’S NEW MINISTER. ' LONDON July 29. ' Herr von HinEz (new German Foreign Minister) made his first public speech at a banquet welcomng Abbes Kilmi (Turkish Minister). Herr von nintz declared that the ex-Khedive was the rightful ruler of Egypt. The pro-German Press is rejoicing that Herr von Hintz is taking up the Egyptian, Indian, and Irish questions. They declare that he will raise these questions, in company with those matters with which Germany will concern heft-pelf- when she is dictating peace terms with England.
AFTER WAR trouble
AMSTERDAM July 28
A German Imperial League for combatting the Social Democrats, has issued N manifesto foreshadowing serious postwar wage troubles in Germany. It also fearß the collapse of German middle classes, and utters a warning against the rise of the Proletariat . The League appeals for funds to "strengthen ns for a defensive war against Social Democratic aggression. ’
