(Received This Day, at 12.10. n.m.) w LONDON, July 2-1. Router’s correspondent with tho French Headquarters writing on the nf'|pnon of the 24th says the British 'resumed operations this morning and further advanced in the Woods surrounding Vrigny, a considerable pocket of thickly wooded ground was taken from the enemy possession, which is of considerable importance. Meanwhile the French continue to press with unabated vigour on tho western aide of the German salient.
