General Haig reports aeroplanes on the 19th dropped seventeen tons of fcombs on hostile dumps, railway stations and aerodromes and aviators. One pilot landed at. an nerodrome and mach-ine-gunned the hangars before rising. We downed 10 aeroplanes and six bal lottos. Seven British are missing.

Our night fliers dropped fourteen tons on railways between Mons and Vftlenciettes stations and Cambrai ra.ilway.

British airmen in the Tondern raid destroyed a large stock of munitions, outside the town. A violent exp'osion killed many. Two British machines owing to lack of benzine, and motor trouble landed on the west coast of Jilt land. One of the aviators, a New- Zealander stated six German aeroplanes pursued his and two other machines. Latest advices state two airmen are interned. A third landed at Guldagor and set fire to his machine.
