(Received This Day, at 12,10. a.m.) . - COPENHAGEN July tf. The murder of Count Mirbaeh has caused tho greatest excitement in Germany. The Kaiser immediately ordered Kuhlmann to break negotiations w; the Russian delegates. Berlin police are guarding the Russian Ambassador’s house in Berlin, fearing the mob will attack it, as Mirbaeh-was known as the Kaiser’s special friend. AN AFTER RESULT. (Received This Day at 1.20 a.m.) PARIS. July 8. A German expedition to Moscow is anticipated as the result of Mirbaeh’a murder. MOSCOW NEWS. (Received This l>uv at- 11.25. a.m.) AMSTERDAM, July 9. Messages from Moscow state Count Mirbach’s assassins fled to a building occupied by the Social Revolutionaries, who are defending the place with ma-chine-guns and rifles. The murdfer was the signal for a great counter-revolu-tionary movement. The rebels attacked and seized portion of the city, including tho central telegraph office. Tho Bolsheviks claim to have arrested the leaders of the revolt, except Savinkoff, who was Kerensky’s Minister for War. "
