The “Politician” states that a priest at Tsarkoesela announced at the altar on the 23rd June that the Bolsheviks had murdered the Czar, Czarina, and Princess Tatiana. CONTROL OF VLADIVOSTOCK. TOKIO, July 5. The Russian Consul at Kobe reports that the Czecho-Slovnks, commanded by General Dietrich, fully control Vladivostok, and close the port at night time. KERENSKY IN FRANCE. (Received Yesterday at 11 10. p.m.) PARIS, July 6. M. Kerensky, addressing a Socialist group, said the Russian Constituent Assembly Groups met on May 16th, and refused.to recognise the Brcat-Litovisk Treaty, and declared their fidelity to the Allies, and a state of war exists still between Russian and Germany. Kerensky concluded: “It is necessary that the Allies succour Russia, which is powerless to act alone.” INTERVENTION. (Received Yesterday at 11.20 p.m.) WASHINGTON, July G. I’li* recommendations of .General Roch’s Inter-Allied ' War Council have been received by. United States Government. They urgently recommend intervention in Russia. British, French, Japanese and American marines have already landed at Vladivostock, also 500 Dalmatians, ox-prisoners of war in Russian, who are now under the Italian flag.

'Received This Dnv at 11.25. a.m.) WASHINGTON, July G. Cabled advices received here declare the presence of the Allied troops in Vladivostock aroused tremendous enthusiasm. Eastern Siberian and Vladivostock homes were beflagged. According to advices, England and Franco expect to land several thousand troops. It is uncertain what part Japan and China wilL play. Diplomatic officials are inclined to believe that" Japan’s half a million soldiers are usuable advantageously. The belief is that Mr. Wilson will be guided bv General Foeli’s and the Allied Council’s recommendations. A United Press Tokio message reports the Czecho-Slovaks have established at Vladivostock, a commissariat for Siberia. When they entered Vladivostock, they captured quantities of munitions. Allied and Chinese troops have landed to preserve order.

M. Kerensky addressing a meeting of Socialist members of Parliament read a document drawn up on May 16th, at a secret meeting of several <■ groups of the Russian Constitutional Assembly. The document declares that Russia refuses to recognise the Brest-Litovsk treaty and remains faithful to the Allies. It also states that war continues between Russia fluff Germany.
