ELECTION OF MEMBERS
The following have been nominated for election of members of the Canterbury Education Board: Middle Ward (onu member)—W. A. Banks, and F. 0, Norton. Christchurch Urban area (two members —E. ft. Andrews and J. Jamieson. Timaru Urban area (one member)—J. Alnze.
South Ward (one member) —T. Hughes. North-west Ward (one member)—Hon J. Grimmond, M.L.C. Middle Ward, rural, area (one member—Rev. S- La wry. W. P. Spencer, and J. R. Thacker. The poll in respect of the two contested seats will close, on July 17th at 5 p.m.
