Thomas Coll a charge of theft at Kanieri Lake on 22nd June, of 14:5 opossum skins, valued at £2O, the property of the Government.. Sergt. Policy applied for a. remand until Thursday next, 4th July, when the Magistrate would he sitting and the police would be ready to go on with the. ease. Remand granted till July 4th; bail of £]fK) allowed ns before, Mr. 11. Jones, being bondsman.
