WEDDING BELLS.
HARRIS-HARCOURT. A quiet but pretty wedding was celebrated on Friday Juno 21st by tho Rev. Dr. Holloway nt the residence of the parents of the bride, when Mr Thomas Harris, eldest son of Mr and Mrs Thomas Harris of Humphreys, was united to Miss Margaret Hareourt, eldest* daughter of Air and Mrs Cordon Hareourt of Upper Crossing, Arahura Valiev. The bride who was charmingly attired in n neat costume, was given away liv her father, while tho bride’s brother, Private Gordon Hareourt junr. (who recently returned invalided from the West front), attended ; tho bridegroom .as best man. Subsequently the guests were entertained nt breakfast, and later left on a short honeymoon in the north. Mr and Mrs Hareourt are both natives of tho district, whose parents are all well-known and highly respected settlers ot man\ years standing. The happy couple will have the heartiest of good wishes for their future happiness and success in their wedded life, from a wide circle,. .of friends throughout the district in . which they are so well known.
