Between seycu and ten thousand deportees will be interned till after the war. Amsterdam messages dated the declared that German deportations from China are arousing anger in Germany. A Reichstag Deputy asked what reprisals Germany was taking against England. The “Doutsehe Tages Zeitung” of Juno 19th states if ten thousand Germans are expelled from China, Germany will select ten thousand inhabitants in French occupied districts and gaol • them, 6 until the Germans arc returned to China, and aro compensated.
