NAVAL AIR RAIDS. LONDON, June 21. Low clouds and rain greatly hampered (lying. The circumstances indicates that German Avers use poisoned bullets. Hospital surgeons supported the suggestion. British and French aviators declare that since the German aviators have been loosing heavily, they have adopted these foul tactics.
