Julian, building contractor, was charged at the Magistrate's Court with having received LIU on behalf of the firm and failed to ac- . count for the same. It was stated that alleged defalcations totalled £SOO. Ac--1 eased was remanded, hail being allowed ' in two sureties of £l5O each.
