AUSTRIAN FAILURE ADMITTED WASHINGTON, June 22 Official despatches from Europe sav the German newspapers tactfully admit tho failure of the Austrian offensive. They declare it was necessary to prevent the Italian troops from going to France to reinforce the Allies on tho West Front.
