A LITTLE FRICTION. (Received Yesterday at 11.20 p.m.) AMSTERDAM, June 22. Yen Kuhlmann, in tho Reichstag, discussing the peace terms with Rollmania referred to the friction between Turkey and Bulgaria regarding the Dobrudja. He declared the present, arrangements were only temporary. The Central Powers hoped that northern I cbrndja would shortly be united to Bulgaria. in accordance with Bulgarian aspirations. The question of Turkey"*,compensation for the loss of Dohradja had caused great irritation in Bulgaria and Turkey. If behoved Germany to refrain from expressing an opinion. They must not give the impression that they favoured either aide, »as any increase in the irritation would render the . solution more difficult* !
