Newspapers attribute M. Radoslavoff's resignation to Bulgarian discontent owing to the disappointing results of the war. and the food shortage, due to the Austro-German requisitions, and Turkey’s territorial demands. The general opinion is that the resignation will not alter Bulgaria’s policy.
