(To the Editor.) AN ENQUIRY. Sir, — I noticed in your paper lately that the Government had allowed the widow of the late Mr W. Hall, who died through injuries received in the Runanga highway business, So far I have not noticed what allowance the Government has made to the' mother ot Coulthard, the driver of the car who was shot while in the execution of his duty.
