BULGARIA WITHIN.
BULGARIAN 1018 CLASS. ATHENS, May 26. A Bulgarian deserter states that there have been many deaths from starvation in Bulgaria. The Government barbarously suppressed numerous outbreaks. The Bulgarians desire peace as their forces are now so weak in Macedonia that the 1018 class are being sent to the front line. They are not properly trained. The Army is ill-fed and there aro constant desertions.
