WHEN ORDERED TO FRANCE. WASHINGTON, Mav 24. Advices received here state that a German division at Dvinsk mutinied Eight of the mutineers were shot and hundreds imprisoned.

GERMAN SAILORS TRIAL. (Received This Day at 1.20 a.m.) AMSTERDAM, May 25. Of fifteen German jailors, oourt-mar-tialled on a charge of attempted treason in connection with British naval operations -at Zeebrugge and Ostend thirteen were shot, and two were sentenced to twenty years imprisonment. ’ ■
