PRINCE OF WALES IN ITALY.

LONDON, May 24. The Prince of Wales has arrived In Italy. There was an enormous crowd to welcome the Prince who participates in the celebration of the anniversary of Italy’s eutry into the war. MESSAGE TO ITALY. OTTAWA, May 33rd. President Wilson sent the following message to Italy:—“This great war represents a conflict between self-Govern-ment and dictation by force. Tho war objects on the Entente's side arc liberation and freedom of the peoples, the right of men and nations to determine their lives and fortunes. Wo fight for maintenance of justice by irresistible force. The free nations are linked to defend mankind.”
