A BULGAR REPLY.
[’"reuter's” telegram.] (Received this day at 12.30 a.m.) LONDON, May 23. The Bulgarian Socialist Party’s reply to the inter-Allied socialist memorandum which is the first official reply from tho enemy, has reached London. The reply accepted the general proposals of tho memorandum and a majority eff the suggested territorial adjustments. Although the reply maintains ethnographically that Macedonia should be united, the Bulgars are willing to 'agree to Mjaciedionia autonomy. Tho reply hopes that the German socialists will reply to the memorandum equally moderately and conciliatoriallv.
