; The following is Rev. D. O'. Bates’ weather forecast. The indications are for westerly heavy galo and veering by west to south. The weather will probably prove wild and story. Very heavy rain is to be expected with rivers in high floods, ana I will probably become very cold. Barometer unsteady, but rising shortly Seas very heavy, tides good on the coast.
