ROUMANIAN TREATY [PER TRESS ASSOCIATION.—COPYRIGHT.] Reuter’s Telegrams. (Received This Dav at noon.) . LONDON, May 15. A Jassy official announcement of the signing of the peace treaty, mentions the dissolution of Parliament.’ The treaty will be submitted to ratification, to tho new Parliament assembling on 17th June. The German-Roumanian commercial agreement abolishes third party customs preferences, and provides for the construction of a telegraphic and tele* phonic system, bringing Roumania lit closest touch with Berlin.
